Brixton Fall/Winter 2007
We’re big fans of Brixton (we reviewed their first offering a few years back) and we were excited to see their new Fall / Winter line hit the shops recently. Brixton was created in 2004 and is inspired by music and culture of Southern California. And when you see who is sporting their stylish hats lately it’s easy to see that skate culture is a huge part of what they do.
I myself have been sporting the Pinch on a semi-daily basis. Yeah, it looks like an early ball-cap, but damn if it’s ten times more comfortable. Maybe it’s the silk liner, but it’s beyond your standard fitted hat. If you’re looking for a more formal lid, Brixton has you covered with a variety of styles from the Stout, which is pictured to the left, to the straw Castor. Well made…and big on comfort. I should also mention their women’s line, which is growing fast and looking slick.
