Spitfire’s Diablo Skate Key
Throughout skateboarding’s history, there have been countless skate tools that have been developed, marketed and used by skaters all over the world. The first of them, being the Elephant wrench of which can still be found in use today. However, over time, quite a few have performed poorly and are either too cumbersome to carry without much thought or lacked required functionality altogether.
Well, the skate hellions at Spitfire have recently come through with the Diablo Skate Key, a well thought out skate tool that actually works and won’t give you a gnarly Charlie horse if you’re stupid enough to put it in your pocket and slam on it while skating. It is made of tempered steel, flat, and has many functional features that include standard skate wrench sizes of 3/8”(mounting hardware), 1/2” (wheels), and 9/16” (kingpins), plus a trusty bottle opener and a very functional grip tape file. All in all, the Diablo Skate Key is a very versatile and essential piece to all skaters that require a tool with all of the useful features without the bulkiness. And, it’s made in the USA. Stop by your local shop and demand one for your next road trip or skate session.
