Momentum Wheels
The folks at Momentum were kind enough to send over two sets of their new wheels. Momentum has been producing wheels for a while now and has a super solid team (including Rick McCrank, Danny Way, Brandon Biebel, and Chris Haslam to name a few). We received a set of Chris Haslam 49mms and a set of Danny Way 53mm. I’ve been skating the 53mm wheels for a few weeks now, and they are holding up pretty damn well. The Danny Way’s are just thin and tall enough to work on both the rough streets of my neighborhood and in the smooth concrete parks I frequent. Smooth, sturdy, and fast. Solid wheels.
Sometimes I forget how it feels to roll around on a fresh set of wheels…I highly recommend it. Visit Momentum online.
