Seriously Dude…

This week DVS dropped the premiere of its new skate flick, Dudes, Dudes, Dudes at The Berrics amongst a group of dudes and a couple of gals, and now it’s available online at the film’s mini site for you to view for free! Extras are included too! Be extra patient to peep the goods though, the site is a bit stacked and jacked with heavy traffic. Technology is a mixed blessing huh?

What’s more, the footage is also offered as a free podcast so you can take it with you wherever you roll. Just subscribe to the DVS Skate Podcast and you’re good to go!

If the much needed repairs don’t hold up to the heavy use over the next six months, city officials have considered a bond to rebuild the area with a new skatepark.

Random News and Happenings

The wild and crazy dudes that skate and run all things with SBC media up north in Canada have launched their new website. Rolling up with big guns to take on Wallenberg’s Big 4 Jeremy Reeves came up a bit short and fractured two bones in his foot. A speedy recovery is in order to you Mr. Reeves. Chima Ferguson has left the city of Syndey, Australia to live abroad. Of course this means we’ll be witnessing plenty of his youthful madness in the months and years to come. Crimson Scrapped?

Sources close to us have confirmed that Crimson skateboards with Kris Markovich’s involvement is a done deal…lights out…over. Apparently Kris, some team riders and several vendors have been left financially high and dry by his former business partner without recourse. Consequently, Kris and his team of riders have pulled their interests out of the ill-fated skateboarding brand. Look for a new skateboard company and a new distribution camp to emerge solely backed by the Markovich’s in the coming weeks ahead.
