New Skateboarding Dads
Last night, January 21st Dennis Busenitz and his lovely gal Julia became the proud parents of a new baby boy. His given name is Rune Jackson Busenitz. His name has not been announced yet. Paul Zitzer also became a father to a new baby girl Olive Rose Zitzer, who arrived into the world on January 17th. Congratulations to the new parents!

New Recruits
Fortunately for the sake of skateboarding’s progression, the world of sponsorship continues to change. Sometimes it’s for the better, and sometimes it straight up blows. Nonetheless, here’s what’s been going on lately. Although their site hasn’t been updated in months, Duffs has recently acquired the services of Tony Silva. Elsewhere, Tony’s team mate, Olly Todd has inked a deal with Dekline and Richie Jackson happened to tread on new territory with IPath. Across the pond, Bastien Salabanzi has re-emerged with a professional model on the Euro discount brand known as Jart skateboards.
