Skating Afghanistan

A quick article about the experience of a 21-year-old skater who spent a month teaching at the Skateistan program. Wow. Hats off to Robin and others like him, bring skateboarding to where it’s really needed.

Solid!
So awesome.
In my opinion this program is ridiculous. Especially the guy organising it is doing it for the wrong reasons. If you really want to do a project for the kids, BUILD A PLAYGROUND!
Skateboarding can change a lot, I am aware of that, but not in third world or war country.
But I think the kids got money to buy new boards when they need them, or when they flatspot theire wheels the first time.
Maybe Schecks or so wants to be skatecoach there, would do good to get some hype by celebreties?!
Have a good “privileged” roll!
I love your design, where can I get it? please share it with me? my email is Napue5@hotmail.com thanks in advance // Antwan Goltz
